1. Who are we?

Z-School is the largest online learning platform in Israel for zoom learning, providing a great team of professional and experienced teachers who were carefully selected with a great emphasis on experiential and fun, personalized teaching.
At Z-School you can study a wide variety of subjects, enhancing and enriching contents, for a variety of ages.
Following Covid which was imposed on us, we understood that distance learning is not only harmless but is sometimes more beneficial than traditional learning. We learned to use zoom and became acquainted with both its disadvantages and advantages.
At Z-School we emphasize personal service and assist in finding the most suitable teacher and curriculum for the student.

Z-School was not established to replace the education system but to help you close gaps, enrich the student’s knowledge and strengthen their self-confidence; and in response to the great difficulty in finding private teachers as well as the high cost of living in the country, which also caused the private lessons to become more expensive. Our project is the next generation of traditional schools, it focuses on strengthening personalized learning and reaching achievements. Learn comfortably from home and at a reasonable price without compromising on the quality of learning.
Especially for the post-Covid era and in general, it seems that we will need an advanced learning platform that will help students close the gaps created due to the traditional education system, and strengthen and enrich the existing one.

2. General:
Z-School services are provided on the website operating at – Zschool.co.il
And the classes will read: “The service”.
These terms apply to your use of the site as a teacher or student. To the extent that any of the provisions of the binding documents will be aimed only at teachers or students, this will be explicitly stated in the body of the terms.
The use of the service and the contents contained therein indicates your agreement to these terms and additional terms appearing in the service, including the privacy policy as well as additional instructions or guidelines that may be detailed during the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as: “the binding documents”). You must read the binding documents carefully, as they define your rights and obligations in relation to the use of the service and constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of the service. Please note that the required documents may change, so we recommend updating them from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms of the binding documents, in whole or in part, you must refrain from using the service.

3. About the service
The service is an online platform for enrichment studies and enhancement learning in a wide range of subjects that operates using the ZOOM system with a rating of the teaching staff and provides live classes on demand. Its user content and its main purpose is to serve as an online guide and as an index to enrichment classes in a variety of fields that will be delivered by professional teachers in their field, including teachers of various subjects, fitness trainers, and personal instructors in a variety of fields. The service allows any teacher to set up, free of charge, a personal page that includes the teacher’s CV, grade sheet and recommendations.
Please note – the service operator does not offer and/or provide the study and teaching services advertised by the teachers. The service serves as an online-only arena that allows teachers to present their services to potential students. Therefore, all responsibility for the teachers’ publications and the services they offer, including their content and delivery, applies to the teachers and them alone. The operator of the service has no responsibility for student publications and/or third parties, including user opinions. The operator of the service is not a party to any communication between a student and a teacher and acts solely to connect the teachers with the students and that any communication between a student and any of the teachers who advertise their services on the website is made directly between each student and the relevant teacher through a secure external clearing site and the ZOOM system. The operator of the service does not supervise the information presented by the teachers and its correctness, nor does it supervise the online classes that are delivered. The responsibility for the information, its nature, its reliability and the teachers’ services, including the responsibility for the lessons delivered, lies entirely with the teachers themselves and the teachers do not and will not have any claim against the company in general, in any matter regarding the service. It is clarified that the operator of the service does not perform any filtering of the teachers and/or students and does not perform any examination of the profile of the service providers who use the website and/or other users of the website and who uses the website and/or the service does so at his sole responsibility.

4. Registration for the service
Registration for the service and its use are allowed only for teachers and students aged 18 and over. The user must confirm and represent that they are 18 years of age or older. If the user is under 18, they may register for the service and use it, as a student only, only subject to obtaining the consent of their parents or legal guardian and their approval of the provisions of the binding agreements, after having read them carefully.
Using the service and viewing its contents does not require registration or providing any identifying information. However, registering the student for an online class, registering as a teacher and opening a personal teacher page, as well as writing comments/reviews, etc., requires registering for the service and accepting the terms of the binding documents.
In order to register as a teacher or student, you will need to enter the required information on the teacher or student registration page. Creating a profile as a teacher in the service is subject to the prior approval of the operator of the service, who may refuse or reject any registration request at her sole discretion and without being required to justify her decision.
The user must always provide only correct, accurate and complete details. Providing incorrect details may prevent the user from using the service and, if necessary, prevent contact with them. We will explicitly indicate which information fields are mandatory.
The details provided by the user during registration will be stored in the database of the service operator and it will not use these details except in accordance with the privacy policy of the service, which is an integral part of these terms.

5. Cancellation of your registration to the service
The operator of the service may cancel the user’s registration to the service, or block their access to it, among other things, due to an act or omission that harms the operator of the service and/or due to illegal use of the service and/or due to violation of these terms of use, etc.

6. Online classes
The classes are delivered using the Zoom system before the start of class. Therefore a computer, internet connection and registration to the system is required
The lessons will be displayed on the website, with the hours of activity, the name of the teacher and the subject of the lesson appearing next to them. The student will be required to go through a short registration process in order to register for one of the classes.
If the student was not satisfied with the class, it is recommended to contact us and we will make sure to personally match him with the best teacher for him. In any case, there is no refund for a class that has taken place.
Registration for the system is free of charge and payment for the class will be transferred to the teacher directly before the start of the class, unless otherwise specified.
The operator of the service has no responsibility regarding the content presented by the teacher and is not responsible for the behavior of the teacher or the student. The operator of the service is only a liaison between the teacher and the student and does not supervise the online lessons at all, and therefore no responsibility will apply to the operator of the service in connection with the relationship between the teacher and the student, and each of them definitively and completely waives any claim in connection with this.
Change of class date:
If the class date changes for a reason that is not up to the student, an alternative date will be offered, and if the student is unable to attend the new date, his registration will be canceled without charging a cancellation fee. It is the teacher’s responsibility to update the system with the new scheduled lesson date.

Class cancellation:
If the lesson cannot be done for a reason that is not up to the student and the lesson cannot be moved to an alternative date, the lesson will be canceled without cancellation fees.
Class cancellation times
It is possible to cancel the class by sending an email to customer service or contacting the teacher directly. If the student cancels the class more than 24 hours before the class time – no fee will be charged. If the student cancels the class less than 24 hours before its start date, full payment will be made for the class.

7. The use of the service
You may use the service and its contents in accordance with the rules detailed below.
You may not make any use of the service that constitutes or may constitute a criminal offense or civil wrong in accordance with the provisions of any law, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
You may not copy and use, or allow others to copy and use, in any other way the contents of the service, including on other websites and applications, in electronic publications, print publications, etc., for any other purpose.
As long as you register for the service as specified in these terms, you may use the service with only one user account.

8. Privacy
The service operator respects your privacy when using the service. The privacy policy of the service is an integral part of the binding documents. Since the privacy policy can change from time to time, it is recommended that you come back and review it from time to time.

9. Warranty
Wherever the responsibility of the service operator is detailed in the binding documents, the responsibility of its employees, managers and workers by its authority or on its behalf will also be meant. The use of the website and any content, online classes or services included in them will be done at your sole and full responsibility and the operator of the service will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to you or anyone on your behalf, or to any other third party, including any loss, loss or expense, related to, or arising from , directly or indirectly with the site and all content and services included therein, including from relying on the information published by teachers and/or the private lessons delivered by them. The contents and services can be used as they are (AS IS). You will not have any claim, claim or demand against the service operator regarding the features of the content and services, their capabilities, their limitations, the rules applicable to them and their suitability to you and your needs.
The service operator does not guarantee that the services and the contents of the service will not be interrupted, will be provided in order or without interruptions, will take place safely and without errors, and will be immune from unauthorized access to the service operator’s computers or from damages, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures – and all, in hardware, software, lines and communication systems, at the operator of the service or at one of its suppliers. The service operator will not be held responsible for any damage arising from the loss of your details, the information in your account or disruption of these details – either fully or partially, as a result of a failure in your or the service operator’s computer systems, or someone on its behalf.

10. Service changes and cessation of activity
The operator of the service is entitled to change from time to time the structure of the service, its appearance and design, the scope and availability of the services and contents and will be entitled to change any other aspect involved in the service – and all, without the need to notify you in advance. Such changes will be made, among other things, taking into account the dynamic nature of the Internet and the technological and other changes occurring in it. By their nature, changes of this type may involve malfunctions or initially cause discomfort, etc. You will not have any claim, claim or demand against the operator of the service for making such changes or malfunctions that occur during their implementation.
Without deviating from the above, the service operator may at any time stop the provision of the services, all or some of them, temporarily or permanently. The management of the service will also be entitled to stop the activity in the service from time to time for the purpose of maintenance, repair, upgrade and improvement of the service. The operator of the service will act to the best of its ability in order to reduce the periods of time during which the service will not be active. If possible, the service operator will publish a notice on the service about the termination of the services a reasonable time in advance. Upon termination of the services, the operator of the service will retain the content included in the service for an additional reasonable period of time and will then be entitled to delete it without keeping any backup of it and without giving further notice of this.

11. Change in the binding documents
The service operator may change from time to time the provisions of these terms of use and any of the binding documents. If possible and if these conditions of use or documents requiring substantial changes are made, a notice will be published on the home page of the site. The links to the binding documents posted on the service will always link to the latest version of the binding documents. Your continued use of the service after the publication of the updated binding documents indicates your agreement to them. If you do not agree with the new instructions in the binding documents, you must stop making any use of the service.

12. Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the website, the application and the service will be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for anything and everything arising from the binding documents is in the competent courts in the district of Tel Aviv, Israel.
